Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label to print and attach to your package.

Pack Your Items

Place your unworn garments with original tags attached into the original eco-friendly packaging to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
